Although the majority of my customers are Dutch companies, I have many connections abroad, or with foreigners living and working in The Netherlands. I like to communicate and work with other cultures; it makes you grow.

In the 25 years of working in large organizations, before taking the step to launch Geel Executive Services, I gained enough experience with managing cross-cultural teams. I am a man with a very broad experience. And I love sharing my experience with the diversity of entrepreneurial people I deal with every day. Either as an investor, board member, business coach or as an interim CEO or sales director.
